Lovingly furnished and modern equipped rooms await you. Altogether there are 4 bedrooms. 2 twin-/ or on request double rooms and two single rooms. The beds are equipped with high-quality, individually adjustable slatted frames. Three of the bedrooms are equipped with Television and DVD players. LED lamps are installed throughout the house, some with motion detectors. A cot and high chair are also available and are free of charge. In addition there is a reading room with a Bluetooth speaker, a large living room  with a 55" Smart-TV, DVD player and stereo system. It is particularly snug here in the evening when you enjoy the cosy warmth of the crackling fire after an eventful day. The very large kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, circulating air cooker and a microwave, the back kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher and large sink. Of course, coffee lovers will also find a filter coffee machine here. Two bathrooms, a small and a large, with shower and toilet complete the house. In the outside buildings there is a cosy, rustic lounge with a large open fireplace, where smoking is allowed. The boat and fishing equipment garage and a covered lounge area for the rare occasion that it should rain for your delicious barbeque. Anyway, there are plenty of comfortable outside seating a sandbox and a swing for the little ones. 200 metres away is the marina of Lough Garadice. 20 metres from the house is our private cove with jetty for boats and 2 picnic tables. Free WIFI is available. On arrival you will find a "starter package"  with bread, butter, jam, cheese and milk. Pets on request. This is a non-smoking house. Parking spaces, also covered, are available at the house free of charge. The house is located on a farmyard.

on request and on your own risk a 2-person canoe and bicycles can be used free of charge. A 14 foot fishing boat, Yamaha 4 stroke 4 HP outboard engine can also be hired on request.
